John is an impeccable sales person and just a genuine human being. His customer service skills, knowledge, listening skills, and interpersonal skills cannot be touched. Every time I have spoken with him its like speaking to one of my oldest friends. Not only was he able to help us with the purchase of our home, but he gave us lovely decorating advice, places to eat, and just helped us familiarize ourselves with the area. Having only moved here a year ago we knew next to nothing about the areas we looked at and wanted to purchase, John was able to guide us toward areas close to our places of employment, and just over things we enjoy (breweries, food, and funky coffee shops). I would run out of words before I could run out of nice things to say about John. There is nothing he needs to improve what so ever except maybe cloning himself and covering other states, a few of our friends are jealous they don't have a John Smith.
